The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions have specific defined meanings:

• "Platform" means the kk11 website, app, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" means any person, registered or unregistered, who uses the platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created through registration on kk11.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means participation in any game, sports event, or casino service involving real money.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or additional reward provided by kk11.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the betting condition that must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus.
• "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka.

In these Terms, the singular includes the plural and the masculine includes the feminine, unless the context indicates otherwise.

To open an account and use services on kk11, you must meet the following conditions:

2.1 Registration

• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. kk11 reserves the right to close any account opened with false information.
• If your personal details change, you must notify our support team immediately.
• Accounts may not be opened in the name of a corporate entity, partnership, or any other organisation.

2.2 Identity Verification

kk11 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. Contact our support team for more details on the identity verification process.

Keeping your kk11 account secure is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone.
• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.

• kk11 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.

• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

• If you are found to be a minor, your account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be returned.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kk11 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• A deposit is generally processed quickly.
• kk11 does not impose any additional charges on deposits, though the payment provider's own fees may apply.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be met (see Section 6).
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

kk11 is firmly committed to preventing financial crime. If suspicious activity is detected in a user's transactions, the account may be suspended for investigation. Cooperative behaviour is expected during this period.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳32,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, kk11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or the same device are not eligible for bonuses.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their tier: Bronze — up to 0.5%, Silver — up to 1.0%, Gold — up to 1.5%.

7.1 Bet Validity

A bet is only considered valid once it has been fully confirmed. kk11 reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault.

7.2 Bet Cancellation

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets accepted due to incorrect odds or a technical error may be voided at the discretion of the management.

7.3 Sports Betting

kk11 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, tennis, and kabaddi. Please read the markets, rules, and conditions for each specific event carefully before placing a bet. kk11 does not advise on any specific match, team, or player.

7.4 Casino Games

Live casino, slots, and other games each have their own rules. Please read the rules before starting each game. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer and are entirely fair.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kk11 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account under a concealed identity.
• Placing bets deliberately to abuse bonuses or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an advantage.
• Colluding or coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using fraud, false information, or a fake identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Contacting others with threats, harassment, or abusive language.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. kk11 also reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.

9.1 Suspension by kk11

kk11 may suspend your account temporarily or permanently in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspected suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification or to cooperate with the process.
• An order from a court or regulatory authority.

9.2 Self-Closure

kk11 always strives to provide a safe, reliable, and uninterrupted service. However, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet connection failure.
• Loss caused by software issues from third-party game providers.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or unauthorised third parties.
• Any event beyond our control (Force Majeure).

kk11 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. kk11's total liability will never exceed the amount you have deposited.

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. If any dispute arises, an attempt will be made to resolve it through discussion.
